PolicyCookie Policy
Every cookie and storage key this site actually uses: there are fewer than you expect.
PolicyAcceptable Use Policy
What you and your agents may not do with a Squiid key: including every provider rule that flows down to you.
PolicyCredits & Refunds Policy
How prepaid credits work, the 24-hour refund window, 12-month expiry and what happens at zero.
PolicyData Processing Addendum
GDPR Art. 28 terms, our subprocessor list, transfer mechanisms and breach timelines.
How these fit together
The Terms of Service are the contract. Three documents are incorporated into it and apply to every account: the Acceptable Use Policy (what you and your agents may not do, including every upstream provider rule that flows down to you), the Credits & Refunds Policy (how prepaid credits are bought, spent, refunded and expired) and the Privacy Policy (what we do with personal data as a controller).
The Data Processing Addendum applies on top when you route other people's personal data through the gateway: it is the GDPR Article 28 layer, with the subprocessor list and the transfer mechanisms. The Cookie Policy covers only this website and the dashboard.
The short version
- Credits are prepaid and spent at the provider's price. We take our fee once, at top-up.
- Run out and traffic pauses. Nothing is deleted, nothing renews on our card.
- Unspent credits are refundable within 24 hours; the fee is not. Credits expire after 12 months, with warnings.
- We hold provider keys for you, encrypted, and log metadata: not your prompts.
- Everything your agents do with your key counts as something you did.
